3. Loss of Appetite
Another symptom of stomach cancer is a gradual or sudden loss of appetite. Most people will notice that they simply do not feel hungry as often as they used to. A loss of appetite is a sign that there may be something wrong with your digestive system.
As cancer cells take over the lining of the stomach, you may not feel like eating very often or very much at a time. A loss of appetite can lead to some other health issues as well, especially if you stop taking in important nutrients that your body needs in order to survive.
